Amy Hanneman: In addition to her role as founder and President of Palette Strategic, Amy Hanneman also serves on the Board of Directors for the Out and Equal organization.

Her nearly 20 years of experience as a businessperson revealed that the secret to a company’s long-term success has far more to do with people and relationships than it has to do with products and services.

Amy was most recently the Chief Diversity Officer for the 100,000+ employee Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, led the Inclusion & Diversity transition for their merger with CSC into the newly formed DXC Corporation, and was selected as their Head of Inclusion & Diversity.

Previously, Amy spent more than a decade in the defense industry at Raytheon Company. She has first-hand experience in numerous customer facing functions. At Raytheon, she worked as a contracts negotiator, then ran inclusion and diversity leadership development programs. Leveraging her formal business education, she became a sales/business development leader focused on working with Congress in government relations on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. She spent her final years in the industry managing multi-million dollar international pursuits in the Middle East and Asia.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University.
